Are pets part of the family?

According to 75% of Americans, including yours truly, YES- they most certainly are. I grew up with a house full of animals. At one point we had 5 cats, 2 dogs, a bird, some fish, and 3 hamsters… and we lived in the city.

Currently, I own three dogs, a cat, and most recently, two frogs. Add the two kids, and we have a full house. I am not obsessed with my animals, but they are part of the family- and as such they get their photographs taken as well.
